OP specifically asked for emanagement options for rits NOT including OOS.

You aren't really spamming [renewing surge] just popping it off to keep [lyssa's aura] up.

Oh and try this on a Me/E hero with fast casting and come back and tell me spamming [flare] is bad:

[Lyssa's Aura] [Fire Attunement] [Mark of Rodgort] [lava arrows] [flare] [cry of frustration] [power drain] [power return]

you could use the new [skill]reclaim essence[/skill] while using [skill]empowerment[/skill] as the spirit to be killed. added effect of recharging all of your spirits (including empowerment).

Flare spam is always bad. At least use [Fireball] instead

sorry to derail further on the [flare] issue but:

Me/E hero

[lyssa's aura] [mark of rodgort] [lava arrows] [flare] = 47 dps on the master of damage with continuous nearby burning and maintains a full energy bar throughout.

E/Me hero

[searing flames] [glyph of lesser energy] [channeling] = 29 dps on the master of damage with only partial aoe burning and depletes energy that could be used for other casts. Moreover [glyph of lesser energy] is often wasted on lower cost spells on the bar, depleting energy even faster.

[lava arrows] [flare] spam = clear winner
